If you’re looking for coaching as an individual (rather than for members of your organisation), I offer one-to-one sessions for anyone who would like to make a change or achieve a specific goal - whether it’s personal or career-focused. Either way, I can help you identify priorities and a desired direction of travel, focus on any specific goals you have, and provide support during the journey towards them.

I coach individual private clients who:

  • are looking to make a change in their lives; and/or

  • have a specific goal that they would like to achieve (whether career-orientated or otherwise),

and would like some support along the way.

Examples of things that I can help with include:

  • confidence-building;

  • public speaking;

  • time-management; and

  • work-life balance,

as well as more specific objectives, such as running a marathon or preparing for a presentation or interview.
